If you think of a haircut that truly has withstood the test of time, the Rachel Green cut would probably come to mind first. The 90s-era layered and feathered style is still being asked for in hair salons today, and has had a big resurgence thanks to TikTok and Gen Z-ers, who are desperate to make all things 90 the biggest trend of the year.
Now the original wearer of the cut, Jennifer Anison (aka Rachel Green herself), has gone and got the layered look again nearly 30 years after first wearing it on Friends.
Jen shows off the style in fun promo videos for her haircare brand, LolaVie. “She does her own stunts,” reads the video caption, which shows Jen sitting with some of the hair products from the range. “Okay can we talk about how obsessed I am when she does her hair like this?” one fan writes, while another simply states: “Rachel Green”.
A third follower begs: “Send them to Europe please!!” That user is referring to the fact that LolaVie isn’t yet available to buy worldwide – a huge shame for those outside of the US who would love to give our own hair the Rachel treatment.
