at the age of 54, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are ready to share their to their Friends costar Matthew Perry.Perry was found dead of an apparent drowning at his home in Los Angeles on October 28.
Immediately following the news of his death, the famously tight-knit cast—Aniston, Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer— about the actor: “We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew,” their statement, signed by all five stars, reads. “We were more than just cast mates.
We are a family. There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”After LeBlanc his own moving farewell message on November 13, Cox and Aniston followed suit.
On November 14, Cox shared a clip from Friends which all fans will immediately recognize as the beginning of her and Perry's on-screen relationship. “I am so grateful for every moment I had with you Matty and I miss you every day,” she wrote. “When you work with someone as closely as I did with Matthew, there are thousands of moments I wish I could share.
