Jeffree Star Returns to YouTube to Announce New Music & Makeup Collection

Jeffree Star is back on YouTube with some very unexpected news. The 38-year-old MUA famously quit the platform, where he regularly shared long-form content with millions of followers, in November 2022.

He briefly returned to the platform nearly a year ago but only uploaded a few videos before going silent again. On Sunday (September 15), Jeffree returned again with a video announcing plans to drop new music and a makeup collection to celebrate the 15th anniversary of his first and only studio album Beauty Killer. Keep reading to find out more… If you were unaware, Jeffree pursued a music career and was even signed by Akon before launching his beauty brand Jeffree Star Cosmetics.

In 2009, he dropped his debut album, which featured a collaboration with Nicki Minaj called “Lollipop Luxury.” It’s been over a decade since Jeffree last released music.

However, he got back in the recording studio to create three new songs for a reissue of Beauty Killer. In his new video, Jeffree revealed that there were multiple versions of the album coming soon.
