Jeff Brazier has revealed that he has been having therapy for two and a half years to deal with issues from his troubled childhood.
The TV presenter says he developed feelings of abandonment after he was put into foster care at the age of five when his teenage mum struggled to raise him single-handedly.
His biological father walked out on them shortly after he was born and later died in the Marichoness boating tragedy in 1989.
Jeff is now father himself to sons Bobby, 17, and Freddie, 16, from his relationship with the late Jade Goody, and says he wishes he could have had the bond with his parents that he shares with his boys.
