Jason Manford has joked about it snowing at his 'new house' in a cheeky social media stunt. The 39-year-old comedian decided to pass off Stockport's Bramall Hall as his new home, but fans were quick to spot the trick.

Taking to Twitter, Jason was beaming from ear to ear as he posed in a hat and scarf while stood in front of the enormous Tudor manor.

Jason appeared to have stepped out for a walk around the gorgeous manor house and there was a crisp layer of snow on the ground. "Snowing at our new house this morning," Jason joked alongside the snap.

Fans found the joke quite funny, with one writing: "You should be a comedian." "Liking the scarf, you look like a mature student at hogwarts," joked another.
