Jasmine Harman has opened up about her close friend Jonnie Irwin's tragic death in a tearful TV interview.The A Place in the Sun presenter became emotional during an appearance on Loose Women on Wednesday, 29 May.
Jonnie tragically passed away in February after a three year battle with lung cancer. He was famed for being one of the hosts of A Place In The Sun and had been open about his cancer journey in the months leading up to his death.
Jasmine, 48, spoke about her close friendship with Jonnie and the outpouring of love she has seen following his passing. She also touched upon how she met him, and watching him start a family with wife Jessica.
A montage of old photos were shown as Jasmine spoke. She said: "Looking at these old photos chokes me up actually. It was a big break away for both of us from what we had been doing previously, going to working in television. "We didn't always film together as we were often in different countries but we used to get together at A Place In The Sun events all the time and we became good friends.
