Jamie Redknapp has hailed the return of "one of the world's best" Marcus Rashford as like a "new signing" for Man Utd. The 22-year-old has recovered from the double stress fracture of his back he sustained back in January, and is now ready to spearhead United's charge for the top four.

Prior to his injury, Rashford had been the club's standout performer with some blistering form. He had netted 16 goals in his previous 21 games for United, at a time when they were struggling for consistency.

Now with United boasting a renewed confidence, Redknapp feels Rashford can be the icing on the cake. "If you look at Manchester United right now, they’ve got a young man in Marcus Rashford who is now fit for his team.
