Jamie Lee Curtis is recognizing Transgender Day of Visibility by honoring daughter Ruby Guest.
On Friday (March 31), the 64-year-old Oscar-winning actress took social media to pen a sweet message to her 27-year-old daughter in honor Transgender Day of Visibility, which celebrates the lives and experiences of transgender people while also raising awareness of the violence and discrimination the trans community faces. A mother’s love knows no judgment,” Jamie wrote on Instagram along with a photo of herself and Ruby joking around and laughing. “As a mother, I stand in total solidarity with my children as they move forward in the universe as their authentic selves with their own minds and bodies and ideas,” Jamie continued. “On this trans visibility day my daughter and I are visible. #transvisibilityday” Jamie announced in the summer 2021 that her and husband Christopher Guest‘s youngest child was transgender.
Along with Ruby, they are also parents to daughter Annie Guest, 36. Jamie also recently shared how she honored Ruby with her Oscar win.
