I’ve been privately dealing with this diagnosis and have been taking steps to resolve it, with the support of my incredible family,” he told People.
However, Van Der Beek added, “There’s reason for optimism, and I’m feeling good.” Colorectal cancer is a form of cancer that develops in the colon or rectum.
This type of cancer affects the large intestine and digestion, with a lifetime risk for men of 1 in 23. Early versions of the disease begin as noncancerous forms called polyps.
