mirror.co.ukJames Corden is paying Late Late Show staff salaries out of his own pocket. The British born US telly host, 41, has committed himself to paying the salaries of about 60 staff, after their paychecks from network CBS come to an end, Variety reports.
The report goes on to say that James spoke with these staff last week, and told them that as of 4th May, they would be furloughed - but with their salaries coming from him.
CBS covered eight weeks of salaries for the show's production staff - many of these were not working after the Late Late Show stopped regular production on 15th March.
