Singer James Blunt has revealed he will change his name if his new album gets to number 1 in honour of his “one fan from Glasgow”.Blunt, 50, shot to fame with his debut single 'You’re Beautiful' and album 'Back to Bedlam' in 2005, both of which topped the charts.Back to Bedlam was the highest-selling album of that year with over 2.4 million copies sold while You’re Beautiful was a hit worldwide.Blunt will be celebrating its 20th anniversary this month, with a special reissue of Back to Bedlam to mark the occasion.He says “the people have spoken” and he will go ahead with the plan to change his name after calling for suggestions from his followers on social media, if the reissue tops the charts.Among the top contenders were Jimmy Spliff, Blames Junt, Divock Origi, James Cucking Funt and Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Pop Star Four Chord Song Machiney.Blunt’s label have launched a campaign to get it back to number one two decades on from its release.“So, what they’ve made me sign up to do is if it reaches number one.
