James Argent 'wants to lose 5 stone more than he planned' as he ditches XXL clothing

Reality TV star James 'Arg' Argent has already come a long way since his weight hit a "scary 27" stone putting his health seriously in jeopardy.

After shedding five and a half stone, he's now reportedly set his sights on losing more than half his body weight joking with pals he wants to be 'half the man I used to be'.

The former Towie cast member is looking to keep himself motivated with challenges and as a keen swimmer - which he takes on as part of his fitness regime - he is looking to swim the English channel.

James is also having to hit the shops after ditching his XXL clothes and is more determined than ever to stick to his new way of life.
