James Argent showed off his dramatic weight loss whilst enjoying an al fresco swim recently after undergoing £10,000 gastric band surgery.

The Towie star, who was told by doctors he would die if he didn't have the life saving op, gave a double thumbs up to the waiting cameras as he appeared bare chested and posed in just a swim towel and sandals.

He later managed to repeat the positive gesture whilst mid swim and had a huge grin on his face. Arg, 33, who has publicly battled with his weight for the past decade, posted on Instagram : "It is extremely important that I continue to take good care of myself not just physically but mentally as well, After such a big operation & life change!"
