James Argent has revealed the secret mindset that helps him maintain his impressive 14-stone weight loss.The former The Only Way is Essex star appeared on Lorraine on Tuesday morning, chatting about his plans for 2024 as he marks tow years of sobriety.Host Lorraine Kelly was quick to congratulate James - more affectionately known as 'Arg' - on his weight loss.

She noted that while it was "tough" to lose weight, he has done the hardest part - keeping it off.Lorraine said: "Look at you - you've done incredibly well, not only because we know how it tough it was for you to lose weight, but not only have you lost it, you've done the brilliant thing, you've kept it off, because that's the hardest thing in the world."An older photo of Arg cropped up on the screen, as Lorraine joked: "I don't even recognise that man, who is that?"
