mirror.co.ukJames Argent has kicked off his gruelling training schedule for the challenge of a lifetime. The former TOWIE star, 32, is on a mission to celebrate a year of being clean and sober by taking part in an epic 10-mile swimming challenge.
In a bid to swim his way from Europe to Africa by water, Arg spent three frosty hours off the Kent coast in a bid to be his fittest self once the challenge comes around.
Not being afraid of the shark infested waters, Arg greased up ahead of diving in to avoid chafing. The ten-mile international journey will see the reality star brave the unknown as he buckles down for a swim from Spain to Morocco.
