mirror.co.ukJames Argent was spotted continuing with his new fitness regime as he took a dip at Hackney Reservoir on Tuesday. The 33-year-old has recently lost four stone with the help of gastric sleeve surgery and a new approach to exercise.
Sporting a pair of orange swim trunks and a swimming cap, the former TOWIE star seemed to be enjoying the sunny weather at the West Reservoir Centre in London.
The star, also known as Arg, was possibly training for two upcoming water challenges in the next few weeks. The reality TV personality is currently preparing to take part in the John West Great North Swim and the John West Great East Swim in June.
