James 'Arg' Argent has shared a touching tribute to his friend Tom Parker following his untimely death at the age of 33 on Wednesday 30 March.The former TOWIE star, 34, who recently channelled 007 as he oozed confidence after his 13st weight loss, took to his Instagram feed to share a series of photos and videos of them together from over the years before gushing over him in the caption.

One snap showed the pair smiling for the camera as a clip saw them celebrating at Tom's stag-do before marrying his wife Kelsey, 32, who announced the news of his death this week.

Another photo showed James posing in the middle as Kelsey and Tom held onto him from either side, while a third image showed Tom and the reality star speaking over a video call.
