Jake Quickened broke down in tears while reflection on memories of his father – who passed away in 2008 following a cancer battle.

The 32-year-old X Factor star shared video of himself in the bath discussing his loss and his hopes that his father is watching over him from above.

Jake explained to followers that it is OK to feel sad as he became emotional while sharing the painful memories of his father’s death.

And the reality show star encouraged his fans and followers to embrace their feelings and open up about them in order to help maintain good mental health.
