Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted for the first time on the set of his new series Presumed Innocent in Los Angeles on Thursday. The Brokeback Mountain star, 42, looked focused as he was walking down a street.The actor wore a brown blazer over a grey T-shirt which he paired with denim jeans and white sneakers.The brother of Maggie Gyllenhaal appeared to be reviewing his lines as he walked around the set location.

There was yellow 'Police line do not cross' tape around the set. This comes after it was reported that Ruth Negga has landed a role opposite Jake in the series.

In the Apple TV+ series inspired by Scott Turow's 1986 novel, Gyllenhaal will play the lawyer - a character formerly portrayed by Ford, 80 - who investigates the death of his co-worker.
