canoe.comJaime King’s husband has made it clear the couple’s divorce will be anything but friendly, calling her an addict as he files for sole physical custody of their kids.
Filmmaker Kyle Newman requested an emergency hearing on Friday morning, asking a judge to let him take custody of his sons James, six, and Theo, four, while accusing his estranged wife of refusing to get help for her opioid and alcohol addictions.
In documents obtained by TMZ, he goes so far as to claim King has “spent the last decade high.” He alleges things came to a head in January, when he and a collection of Jaime’s friends staged an intervention, begging her to seek help.
