Jade Goody 's widower Jack Tweed has shared a poignant throwback exactly 12 years after their wedding. The pair tied the knot in 2009, just one month before Jade tragically lost her battle to cervical cancer - leaving behind Jack, and her two sons she shared with ex Jeff Brazier.

Sharing a snap of the joyous day that took place 12 years ago, Jack wrote: "12 years ago was this special day. Miss u," alongside a heart and prayer emoji.

The poignant post showed the pair pictured as they said "I Do", with Jade dressed in a white sleeveless wedding dress as she gazed into Jack's eyes.

Jack can be seen lovingly holding Jade's hands and smiling. Jack last year marked the special day on Instagram, writing: "Her smile will always make me smile.
