The pair had married exactly one month prior to her death, tying the knot in February 2009. Jade was buried in her wedding dress the following April.
Now on Monday, Jack has shared an image of himself with Jade and her sons Bobby and Freddie on his Instagram Stories. The four can be seen looking jubilant, with Jack carrying Freddie on his shoulders and Jade and Bobby are seen smilling.
