Jacqueline Jossa was reduced to tears when she opened up about how she felt over having a chat with her daughters about periods.

The former EastEnders actress has admitted that she feels bad for her two young girls when she thinks about them starting their periods.

Jacqueline, 29, was speaking in a clip which will feature on her new ITVBe documentary entitled Jac Jossa: Me & Periods.

A clip from the 60-minute programme shows Jacqueline speaking about the idea of talking to her girls about their menstrual cycles, writes The Mirror.
