Jacqueline Jossa has given fans a fresh dose of workout inspo as she documented her new workout regime - which only takes five minutes a day.

Jungle Queen Jac, who's earned heaps of praise for her refreshing body honesty and confidence, assured fans that she wasn't looking to craft herself "the perfect body." Rather, she wants to work up a sweat everyday to keep herself fit and healthy.
