The former EastEnders star, 27, took a break from their marriage and moved out of the family home, but she's now back part-time and is said to be working through her problems with Dan.
They put the drama behind them today as they celebrated Father's Day, with the couple's two daughters, Ella and Mia, and Dan's son Teddy, from a previous relationship.
The kids hand-painted a sign for Dan which Jac stuck up on the living room wall above the sofa. It read: "Happy Daddy Day" and featured their hand prints in colourful paint.
