Jacob Elordi Says Stripping Down for Euphoria's Nude Scenes Feels 'Like Getting Naked In Front Of Your Family’

The 24-year-old actor made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (March 2), where he revealed what it was like preparing for the show’s nude scenes and what it was like playing a “giant 18-year-old psychopath.” Click inside to read more… Ellen began by asking about him stripping down for the camera and whether he was told about the scenes in advance. “You have no choice, it’s like every scene is like, ‘He sleeps with this person; he does this with this person naked,’” Jacob replied. “I’ve done some movies where it gets to the point where it’s like, ‘He goes to the mall, shirtless,’ and you’re like, ‘Why?’” he continued, while Ellen pointed out that it may have something to do with the way Jacob looks. “I think on Euphoria it comes with the territory of the character, he’s this ultra-masculine, macho jock, so those guys tend to get around pretty shirtless,” the actor acknowledged.
He went on to say the show had a great intimacy coordinator on set and that the crew have stayed the same throughout both seasons. Jacob explained, “It’s like getting naked in front of your family,” which the hosts called “weird.” Check out the interview down below!
