EXCLUSIVE: Jaclyn Philpott is leaving her role as Executive Director of the Association Of Film Commissioners International.
She was named as leader of the industry org in late 2022. She’ll vacate the position at end-April. The LA-based AFCI’s search for a replacement is underway.
The job spec outlines the role and details responsibilities including being the AFCI’s primary spokesperson and fundraiser and overseeing staff operations.
The Exec Director reports to the Board, and the Chair is their immediate supervisor. The AFCI is a membership network of film commissions, which marks its fiftieth anniversary this year.
