Johnny Knoxville is being sued for emotional distressed caused by a prank.The 51-year-old Jackass star - whose former castmate Bam Margera is reportedly battling pneumonia -  is at the center of a lawsuit over an elaborate prank which may have gone too far.Knoxville - real name Philip John Clapp - is being sued by Khalil Khan for a home prank which he alleges caused him emotional distress according to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Friday.

The prank victim - who claims the owner of the house was an actor in on the prank - was set to fix an electric dimmer switch.However soon after starting his work, a lamp went out and a girl - who is alleged to be around 10-years-old and apparently an actor - had accused him of killing her pony as it was on life support and died when the electricity went out.

Khan claims that he was hired via TaskRabbit to do a routine repair job but ended up being accused of killing a pony in a practical joke, Knoxville is seen with Machine Gun Kelly and Steve-O in Jackass Forever released this year Khan claimed that he was later led into a room where there was an actual pony.As if dealing with the apparent death of an animal wasn't enough, Khan alleges that he then saw his car getting towed.Things got even more ridiculous as Khan claimed that when he started to call the police, one of the men who was trying to take.
