Hibs to a third semi-final in a row – then challenged his players to go on and win the Scottish Cup. The Easter Road side emerged victorious from a thrilling quarter-final tie against Motherwell on Saturday night, winning a penalty shoot-out after a 2-2 draw.
Hibs led 2-0 with 10 minutes to go before Graham Alexander's team pegged them back to send the tie to extra-time. And in the shoot-out defender Ryan Porteous scored the winner after Well duo Mark O'Hara and Steven Lawless missed their kicks.
Ross is delighted to be going back to Hampden and after losing two semis there already since August, he's determined to make it third time lucky.
