He went viral last month after a tangle with the Real Madrid icon in a meeting between the clubs, which Al Nassr won 1-0 after extra-time thanks to a Sadio Mane goal on King's Cup business.Towards the end of the second half of normal time, Hendry and Ronaldo were competing for the ball when the pair started grabbing and pulling each other.
The Portuguese forward is left with his arms in the air as the Scotsman initially broke away with the ball before the referee's whistle, a clip that has gathered more than 234k views on social media.Now speaking to the BBC ahead of Scotland's final Euro 2024 qualifiers against Georgia and Norway - with qualification already in the bag for Germany next year - Hendry has admitted he made peace with CR7 as he opened up on his Saudi move.
