Holly Willoughby looked overjoyed as she posed showing off her birthday outfit before appearing on This Morning - and she was surrounded with balloons. DANCING On Ice commentator Sam Matterface has been forced to pull out of tonight's show as he is replaced for the first time. The ITV show will instead be commentated by Alex Crook - as Stephen Mulhern takes over Phillip Schofield's role as co-host alongside Holly Willoughby.
