This Morning viewers were left split once again as Alison Hammond was treated to a surprise on This Morning - just weeks after she had a 20th-anniversary special sprung on her live on ITV daytime show.
At the end of last month, the presenter celebrated two decades on the popular programme. While Alison thought she was heading out for a game of Dosh on Your Doorstep, which usually sees the likes of Alison or co-star Josie Gibson show up at a viewer's house and make them answer questions in order to win a cash prize, she was instead greeted at the random home by her Big Brother pal Kate Lawler and This Morning co-star and friend Josie Gibson.
The 47-year-old TV star appeared gobsmacked before the trio screamed about what was happening. They then bundled into a car where they whisked Alison off to another venue where Josie pulled out her own big red book for her own 'This is Your Life' styled surprise with surprise guests and a mini live audience of people who wanted to help Alison celebrate her two decades on the show. The TV star, who usually the popular programme on a Friday with the former X Factor host, made an early return to the show and it wasn't to host or chat with another showbiz star, but to be interviewed herself ahead of her 'Best Presenter' nomination at the National Television Awards which takes place on Thursday night.
