A Doctor who regularly appears on ITV's This Morning has told Brits that cutting two food types from their diets will automatically boost weight loss.

Dr Michael Mosley is This Morning's resident weight loss consultant, and regularly appears alongside Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield.

He founded the 5:2 diet, which has now been tried and tested by millions of people across the globe.
