Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth Owens has shared her latest plans to undergo more surgery, amid a desire to get further enhancements on her bottom.

The 33 year old model and former Playboy bunny who posed for Hugh Hefner, was the runner-up of the first Love Island series and recently decided to return for All Stars.d Now she's detailed her latest foray into cosmetic procedures.Taking to her Instagram stories, the star did a Q&A with her fans as she revealed that she'd had "soooo many questions" about her her next operation. "I will video the whole thing," the Liverpudlian star told her followers. "Hello everybody, so obviously since the show and having spoke about have my bum done, loads of people have been asking me about the booty. "So I get my bum done at Lift Aesthetics and being fresh out the villa I am excited, literally can't wait to go and have my top-up.

The reality TV star went on to explain what's involved in the procedure, including how much product she had injected. "I'm going to get 500ml by the amazing Lift Aesthetics and I will show you the whole process," she shared.

It comes following Hannah's latest stint on the island, where she was initially coupled up with Anton Danyluk and later developed a connection with Tyler Cruickshank.
