Former Love Islander Jacques O'Neill has been praised after reminding people to 'be kind' as the contestants enter their final week of the show.
The 23-year-old took to Instagram on Monday (July 25) to share the message, alongside a photo of himself smiling while sitting on what appears to be a picnic bench.
His post began: "Monday is the best day of the week because no matter how bad last week was for you, it means you can start fresh and have a better week than you did the previous.
Set little goals and try your best to achieve them!" He continued: "Also, please can we all remember to be KIND this last week- Don’t forget the islanders have to come out of that villa and face it all so let’s try be as positive as we can for them getting out!"
