Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth has confessed that she posed in the naked for Playboy boss Hugh Hefner, but insists they never shared a bed.

The 33 year old influencer, who was sent packing from the All Stars version of the show last week, has had plenty of other successes, including becoming a Playboy bunny at just 18.

She revealed that she lived in the "run-down" Playboy Mansion and modelled without clothes for Hef. Chatting on the Saving Grace podcast live show, Hannah told host GK Barry: "I was Hugh's naked paint model when I was there I would stand naked on the red carpet and get painted.

It was my dream to work on Playboy. I never slept with Hugh he was too old when I was in the mansion.The mansion was so run down." "When I used to chat to [Hugh] he would never understand me!
