ITV Lorraine viewers were critical over a segment that discussed million-pound mansions after the cost of living crisis on Tuesday's programme (August 23).

The show kicked off with a chat with self-development coach Roxie Nafousi, who penned the best-selling book Manifest. The 32-year-old shared with Christine Lampard, who's been covering for Lorraine, how changing her mindset and 'manifesting' has lead her to live out her dreams.

It included creating 'mood boards' of how she wanted her reality to look in a year's time. Lampard asked Nafousi if, with so many people struggling with the cost of living crisis, manifesting could help them too.

Nafousi said she 'truly believes' manifesting can help anyone and that of 'all the challenges, struggles and rejection' in life, how we feel about ourselves and how we express gratitude can really help.
