The Little Mix star, 27, is at the top of ITV's list for the show's judging panel - dubbed Starstruck - after her successful stint at BBC with The Search alongside her bandmates Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
And it seems as though ITV have made it clear to Jade they're willing to do just about anything to have her jump on board.
