The wait is almost over - I’m A Celebrity is back on screens on Sunday, November 19.The annual extravaganza in the Australian jungle will kick off with a 105 minute special.
The news was announced during an ad break on this morning’s Good Morning Britain.It brings to an end speculation surrounding the start date for the ITV reality show hosted by Ant and Dec, which usually starts towards the end of November.
However there’s still no confirmation of who will be squaring up to the creatures and creepy crawlies which also star in the programme, which was won last year by Lioness Jill Scott.As we previously reported, rumours are abound that the likes of former politician Nigel Farage, This Morning’s Josie Gibson and JLS star Marvin Humes will be appearing in this year’s series, which is filmed at Murwillumbah in New South Wales.As we reported earlier, champion jockey Frankie Dettori is also expected to be in the mix as he was spotted arriving In Australia on Monday morning for the Melbourne Cup.He told fans on social media ahead of being seen touching down in Australia: "Hi everyone, I am here in California at the moment.
I will get on the plane after racing, I'm coming to Melbourne for the Melbourne Cup. "Unfortunately, this year I'm suspended, so I can ride but I will support the Melbourne Cup carnival for the week, see some old friends riding and have a smashing time at the racing.
