Emmerdale star Mark Charnock took to his Instagram on Tuesday (11th February) to clear up a "big lie" and issued a warning to his followers.
Mark joined the ITV soap in 1996 as Marlon Dingle and has been a long-standing favourite in the village. After almost three decades on the soap, Mark has had his fair share of difficult storylines including when Marlon suffered a stroke.
The actor and Emmerdale were praised for how they tackled the story, as they highlighted that recovery isn't completely plain-sailing and can be frustrating for the individual.
In recent episodes, viewers watched Marlon struggle as his teenage daughter April went missing on Christmas Day. She was eventually reunited with her father but his whole world changed when he found out that the reason she ran away was because of an unexpected pregnancy.
