Former Love Island star Amber Davies has suffered a painful injury during rehearsals for Dancing on Ice.The 27 year old experienced a 'nasty fall' on the ice just days before the semi final, where she's set to perform with her professional figure skating partner, Simon Proulx-Senecal.The actor took to social media to alert her 1.3 million fans of the injury and shared a photo of her leg, where viewers could see a large, visible bump on her thigh. "Nice fall this afternoon. The lump," she captioned the snap alongside a crying face emoji.

Due to the painful looking picture, it led to speculation that Amber may not be able to continue with the competition. However, a spokesperson from the show quickly shut down any rumours, and confirmed that she'll be fit and healthy to dance on Sunday 3 March.

They said: "Amber is skating as normal tomorrow. All contestants are supported by the Dancing on Ice medical professionals throughout the process." Plus, Amber later shared a clip of her back on the ice rehearsing with Simon.

She posted the footage to her Instagram Stories, which saw her being spun around and lifted into the air by her partner. Amber looked to be in good spirits and not in too much pain, which was a relief to fans and confirmation that she'll be fine for the semi finals.
