Jack P Shephard has left his on-screen son 'fuming' after letting slip the secret behind one of Coronation Street's set illusions.
The actor is best known for playing David Platt on the ITV soap having joined the cast in 2000 at just 12-years-old. And he's spent all that time in the famous street's number 8 with mum Gail and sister Sarah, and now his own family including son Max, daughter Lily and wife Shona.
But now he's reminded fans of one of his more memorable moments on the cobbles. Taking to Instagram, Jack shared a photo from his on-screen home.
It showed him on the Salford-based set sitting at top of the stairs of no.8. However, the stairs lead to nowhere and all that could be seen above was professional lighting as part of the soap's equipment and a walk way which appeared to go above the rest of the Platt residence set.
