Chesney has a son, Joseph, from a previous relationship, and the couple also have quadruplets together, resulting in a large family to provide for, dress, and keep entertained.Despite both working hard, the couple's finances are stretched to the limit and during the latest trip to Weatherfield, their situation took a turn.

Gemma was trying to stay positive but her day went downhill when one of her children needed new shoes.Still shocked from a £70 parking fine she received in the post, Gemma squeezed Carys's feet into a pair of shoes two sizes too small and sent her off to school.

After receiving a call from Carys's teacher, Gemma had to buy new shoes and went to the shoe shop to get Carys's feet measured, according to the Mirror, reports the Manchester Evening News.
