When asked whether he thought his fellow housemate, Love Island's Ekin-Su Culculoglu, is playing a game in the competition, Gary said that she "100 percent" is. "It's a very unusual dynamic," he said. "But if you want to win the show, and win it as a game, you have to play it as a game.
Ekin-Su's got so much more experience than most people of doing that and she's doing it brilliantly. "It's a game, so all credit to her for doing what she's doing.
It's all about getting airtime, saying the right things to the right people, getting people onside. It's being that magnet that people are drawn to." However, fans have defended Ekin-Su, claiming the show's bosses have edited her unfairly.
