Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Addressing Bury Council’s planning committee on behalf of the applicants, Andrew Lilley, said: “The property has been empty and deteriorating for 10 years. “It has now been refurbished with the aim of becoming a family owned café bar. “The town is struggling with business closures with trade being attracted to other areas such as the currently thriving Rawtenstall. “The cafe will improve the appearance of the building.“It will provide employment and will be a positive force in the Ramsbottom business community. At the end of that period, if the business has not created any negative issues such as excessive noise or anti-social behaviour then the applicant can then apply for a permanent change of use.
