Parisa Marie Motiei-Tehrani and Sabrina Claire Jones, who both sleep rough in Manchester, were sitting on Oxford Road in the early hours of this morning when they witnessed the 'horrific' attack.
Sabrina dialed 999 on her phone and the pair ran over to the other side of the street to stay with the man - who is now fighting for his life in hospital.
