It's the place where people are born, live, work and die. And it's in dire need of help. The Manchester Evening News is leading a campaign urging the government to prioritise the urgent reconstruction of North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH).

The thousands of people who use the hospital every day are now sharing just how desperately its needed – and how drastically they feel they've been let down.
