For one once popular seaside town of Rhyl there were always things to do outside, particularly during the warm weather. And on duller days, Rhyl's shops, arcades and clubs were always on hand to pick up the trade.
But catering for the town's tourists today, Rhyl's residents lament that neither option is available, whether rain or shine.
Business owner, Mark Chesterton, took a leap of faith by opening 'Flaunt It Vintage, his dream vintage fashion shop, in July 2022.
Yet this week, as he waited in vain for customers, he took to social media to express his worry over the eerie quietness of the streets around his store.
