Fans of Channel 4’s It’s A Sin have been left furious as the the show failed to win a single award at Sunday’s BAFTA TV Awards, despite it picking up 11 nominations.
The show follows the lives of a group of friends during the 1980s and early '90s HIV and AIDs crisis, with leading actor — Olly Alexander nominated for his role as Ritchie Tozer and leading actress — Lydia West nominated for her role as Jill Baxter.
Omari Douglas, Callum Scott Howells and David Carlyle were also up for best supporting actor. It features a star-studded cast, including Years and Years’ lead singer Olly, 31, How I Met Your Mother actor, Neil Patrick Harris, and legendary actor, broadcaster, comedian, director and writer, Stephen Fry.
