Scissor Sisters are teasing their return, as well as some potential UK shows.The New York pop-rock band haven’t released an album since they went on an indefinite hiatus after 2012’s ‘Magic Hour‘.
Since then, they haven’t performed together, although they briefly reunited to share a charity single ‘Swerlk’ – in collaboration with electronic singer MNDR – in 2017.Now though, it seems they might be coming back.
Earlier today, the band changed their Facebook and Instagram profile pictures to an image of TV static, prompting speculation that they may be teasing a highly-awaited return.Then, their logo appeared on the side of Manchester’s Co-op Live arena, fuelling rumours that they may be announcing a UK tour.Fans have since been reacting to the cryptic teasers, with one commenting on Facebook: “Um hello?
Come back YES PLEASE THANK YOU VERY MUCH”, while another adds: “The world needs the Scissor Sisters now more than ever.”On the side of the Co-op Live in Manchester.
